This "freak of nature" is a burlesque in stone.

bulletEight miles southwest of Ten Sleep is Castle Gardens. Scattered over a quarter section of ground are caricatures in effect, from animals and castles, to salted peanuts and cannonballs.

bulletCastle Gardens rises ornately out of the badlands exposing red spires, giant toadstools and other interesting shapes of stone. Sage, cedar and juniper surround the area which includes a unique picnic area in the "bowl" of the Garden.
