Travel Guide and Vacation Planner for Sydney, NSW - including the Blue Mountains

LOCATED in north-central NSW, The Blue Mountains area has something for everyone.  Whether we are your final destination or just a stop on the way to the Blue Mountains National Park, the NSW highway is the most beautiful, scenic, safe and fun route over the Blue Mountains.

SO TAKE YOUR TIME and explore our site. Above left are links to some of the most beautiful scenery in the world.   You'll learn about our communities, history, coming events, recreational opportunities, services, as well as maps, driving directions, and distances.

BRING good comfortable hiking boots, extra socks, water, snacks, hat, sun cream, rain gear, travel insurance, insect repellent, first aid kit, torch and a watch. It is important before setting out, that all hikers should advise those at home of the destination of the trip, expected time of return and leave with them the phone numbers of the clubs contacts.

ACTIVITIES There is an abundance of activities to partake in in the Blue Mountain region. Visit the Megalong Australia Heritage Centre, take a scenic stroll through the The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden or rent a bicycle and take a bike tour through the Blue Mountains national park

SEND If you need to send any of your equipment home, use our affiliated freight forwarder - World Baggage - they can send your bikes, canoes and hiking gear back to Sydney as excess baggage.
